<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a laminate excellent in adhesiveness, heat resistance characteristics, mechanical characteristics and molding characteristics by subjecting an aromatic polyamide core to which primer treatment is applied by a specific primer solution and a polyolefin foam to vacuum molding using a protruding mold. CONSTITUTION:A primer solution containing at least one polymer selected from a propylene/ethylene copolymer, a modified propylene/ethylene copolymer, chlorinated polypropylene, a styrene/butadiene block copolymer and a chlorinated propylene/1-butene copolymer is applied to the surface 1a of an aromatic polyamide core and dried. Next, the aromatic polyamide core 1 is set to a protruding mold 4 so that the rear thereof comes into contact with said mold 4. At last, a two-layer sheet consisting of a skin material 2 and a polypropylene foam 3 is set to the protruding mold 4 so that the polypropylene foam 3 is opposed to the aromatic polyamide core 1 to be subjected to vacuum molding.</p> |
