PURPOSE:To allow a destination terminal equipment to surely send document information by selecting and sending the document information able to be receptible hy the destination terminal equipment to the above terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:The adaptor is used to add a class 3 terminal function of a group 4 facsimile equipment to a host device, and consists of a main unit MU and a printer interface unit PU. Then a mixed mode data and a telex mode data in document information generated by a host device are converted and stored into a facsimile picture information and the document information receptible by in opposite party device in the mixed mode data or the telex mode data or facsimile picture information is selected and sent at the transmission of a document. Thus, a destination terminal equipment surely sends document information.
