PURPOSE: To rapidly vulcanize an elastomer of equal temp. to establish stability by constituting a passage part of passage means and starting the same at respective ends of gears in the engaging sections of gears and collecting the elastomer at those opposite ends to introduce the same into an outlet passage. CONSTITUTION: Flastomer mass is extruded from a gear engaging section transported along the gear grooves of two gears 2, 3. In the front surface of the engaging section of two gears 2, 3, a housing wall has a triangular space 41 and one retricted by a housing wall and engaged teeth is demarcated. The triangular space 41 becomes wide toward the ends of gears 2, 3 and the elastomer is propelled in two directions to be introduced into passages 43, 44. These grooves are finally united to enter the common outlet 45 of the housing wall. |
