PURPOSE:To carry out a job with use of a program developed latest by extracting the change history information on a part that is designated based on a program change history and updating the program according to the updating information. CONSTITUTION:When a program is changed, a change history production means 31 produces a change history. Then an extracting/editing means 32 extracts the change history information out of the change history and sends it to a general-purpose computer system 2. Thus the system 2 receives the history information and changes its internal program and at the same time leaves the change history as it is to inform a general-purpose computer system 1 of the end of the program change. As a result, the difference produced between the developed programs produced while plural general-purpose computer systems are developing the programs can be neglected. In addition, these developed programs can be automatically updated in a short time by the general-purpose computer systems with addition of the change history information. Thus the jobs always are carried out based on the latest developed program regardless of the places and the time.
