<p>PURPOSE:To accurately transmit the intention of a transmitter to a receiver by securing such a constitution where the transmitter designates a transmission type of will accordant with the intention of a message transmitted from the transmitter based on the instructed contents and adds this designated transmission type to the message to store them. CONSTITUTION:When a notice command is received from a transmitter for the will transmission information, a data notice part 2 reads the will transmission types 11 and their corresponding definition sentences 12 out of a will transmission information storage part 1 and notifies these information to the transmitter via a display screen, etc. The transmitter decides a type 11 accordant with the intention of the transmitter in terms of a message based on the sentence 12 and designates the corresponding type 11 via a designated input part 3. Then a processing part 4 adds the type 11 to the corresponding message and stores them in a document store part 5 for transmission. As a result, the intention of the transmitter is accurately transmitted to a receiver via a message.</p> |
