Device for training oneself in keeping one's head motionless when striking a golf ball. The invention relates to a device making it possible to bring a reference point (sight) (3) between the eyes of the golfer (1) and the ball (2) so that any movement of the head during execution of the golf movement is immediately picked up by the player himself, since the result of this will be a relative displacement of the sight and of the ball. It consists of a base (5), of a DEFORMABLE SUPPORT (JIB) (7) and of interchangeable sights (3). In certain embodiments, a sight holder (8) is used to connect the articulated rod to the sight.
