Bath containing hydrazine for the chemical deposition of palladium and process for manufacturing such a bath

Basic aqueous bath containing palladium chloride and hydrazine as reducing agent, as well as ethylenediamine as complexing agent for the palladium ions and a stabilising agent, ethylenediamine being present in an amount sufficient to complex all the palladium ions and to be additionally combined with the chloride ions, preventing the presence of free chloride ions in the neighbourhood of the surface to be coated, this bath having an autocatalytic action.
