<p>The linking and connection device links a measuring instrument (10) to an acquisition unit (51) in a non-electrical manner. It comprises a connector (20) linked to the unit (51) by an electric cable (40). This connector (20) is provided with a printed circuit carrying a light-emitting diode, a photodetector and an amplifier circuit. The connector (20) can be inserted into a cavity (14) in the measuring instrument (10) in such a way that its light-emitting diode lies opposite a phototransistor of the instrument (10) and that its phototransistor is opposite a light-emitting diode of the instrument (10). The device makes it possible to obtain an inexpensive optical link permitting reliable operation and immunity to disturbances from the measuring instrument.</p> |
