PURPOSE:To allow the long-term preservation of a microcapsule sheet by filling a gap part with a nonoxidative gas. CONSTITUTION:The microcapsule sheet 4 wound on a shaft 3 in the cartridge 1 formed of paper black-coated on one side is housed in the cartridge 1 by exposing the end face to an outlet 2. The gap 6 in the cartridge 1 is filled with a gaseous nitrogen and the entire part is wrapped by a wrapping film 5. The microcapsule sheet 4 in the cartridge 1 is brought into contact with only the nonoxidative gas and does not come into contract with NOx, SOx, etc., and, therefore, the deterioration of the capsule walls by oxidation is obviated. The cartridge of the microcapsule sheet with which the commercial value is not degraded even if the microcapsule sheet 4 is preserved over a long period of time is obtd. in this way. |
