PURPOSE:To improve the yield of a material and prevent failure in unpacking from occurring by a method wherein a peeling layer is formed on the upper face of a flange of a cup, an adhesive layer narrower than the peeling layer and with its outer periphery placed inner with respect to the peeling layer is formed on the peeling layer and with a lid mounted on the adhesive layer a heater is pushed against it to heat-seal the lid. CONSTITUTION:A flange 1a of a cup 1 is engaged with the upper surface of a lower mold 3, an upper mold 4 is overlaid on the lower mold 3, a nozzle 5 is inserted into an injection outlet 4a, a peeling material is injected onto the upper face of the flange 1a and a circular peeling layer 6 is formed on the entire upper surface of the flange 1a. With a nozzle 7 inserted into the injection outlet 4a of the upper mold 4, an adhering material is injected onto the peeling layer 6 to mold a circular adhesive layer 8 narrower than the peeling layer 6. A sheet-like lid 2 is mounted on the adhesive layer 8, and with a heater 9 pushed against it, the lid 2 is heat-sealed to the upper surface of the flange 1a. Since the outer periphery of the adhesive layer 8 is placed inner with respect to the peeling layer 6, the adhesive layer 8 may not exceed the peeling layer 6 thereby preventing failure in unpacking from occurring. |
