The films subject of the invention include a pellicle (1) in plastic material, a metallic layer (2) laid down on at least one side of said pellicle (1), a thin layer of fluid (3, 13) able to penetrate through the roughnesses (11) of said pellicle (1). The contact and the deposit of air and moisture through the interstices created by the particles(11) of the metal laid down through the roughnesses (11) of the pellicle is in this way avoided and furthermore the metallic layer is already fixed on metallizing. The capacitors obtained by means of these films show characteristics of long life and lack of catastrophic failures for oxidation of the plates and furthermore unlike those of the known technique they maintain or even exceed the standard capacitance requirements avoiding the capacitance loss during the operation or storage
