CONSTITUTION:Sodium as the impurity in the manganese dioxide is neutralizing- processed to make less than 0.1wt.%, and furthermore, a positive electrode composite paste is prepared in the scope of pH5--pH10, it is spread and dried, and a positive electrode body 1 is prepared.
