Medicinal and cosmetic compositions for the treatment of skin disorders and for care of dry and/or irritated skin and of dry scalp with dandruff are prepared using brewers' grains extract(s)-especially a brewers' grains extract obtained using liquid or above-critical CO2 or N2O.
