PURPOSE:To facilitate execution by forming a ring shaped flange projecting to the outside on the upper part, and forming screw-holes for horizontal positioning control screws to fit a fitting section of the upper base member to the cylindrical lower base member through a gasket. CONSTITUTION:It is constituted of the lower base member 2 and the upper base member 3 mounted to the upper part thereof, and the lower base member 2 is constituted of a cylindrical section 4 and ring base plate 5 fixed to the lower part thereof to use the upper part of the cylindrical section 4 as a fitted section 6. A fitting section 7 is provided to the inside of the upper fitted section 6 of the cylindrical section 4 of the lower base member 2 of the lower part of the base member 3, and flange sections 8 are formed together as a unit on the upper part to form a plurality of recessions 9 on the peripheral surface thereof. Threads 11 to screw horizontal positioning control screws 10 are formed in the flange sections 8, and a lighting fixture mounting screw hole 12 is formed to the inside. According to the constitution, the lighting fixture can be mounted in a state to make flush with the ground surface. |
