PURPOSE:To suppress the development of wrinkle and flute by a method wherein datum levels are formed by pressing prepreg against a forming mold and the top face of an auxiliary forming mold with a force and, at the same time, flange faces are formed by lowering the auxiliary forming mold under the condition that the flange face side parts of the prepreg are pinched between the force and the auxiliary forming mold. CONSTITUTION:Prepreg 3 is arranged so as to set its fiber direction nearly 45 deg. to the connecting edgeds 7, through which datum levels 4 and flange faces 5 of a forming mold 1 are connected with each other. Under the above- mentioned condition, the prepreg 3 is pressed against the forming mold 1 and the top face of an auxiliary forming mold 8 with a force 10 in order to form datum levels. At the same time, flange faces are formed by lowering the auxiliary forming mold 8 under the condition that both the flange face side parts of the prepreg 3 are pinched between the force 10 and the auxiliary forming mold 8. |
