PURPOSE:To realize a compact foam molding machine as a whole by a method wherein an pushing-out and aligning device, which pushes foam-molded bodies fitted into foam-molded body filling through holes out of the holes and aligns the bodies at the bottom dead center of a process, is provided. CONSTITUTION:Molds 6 and 7 of a foam molding machine are opened. Next, a transferring panel 19 is raised along guide rails 14 and 15 so as to be inserted between the molds 6 and 7. After that, foam-molded bodies 10 are ejected so as to be taken out of the cavity mold 6. Next, the taken-out foam-molded bodies 10 are fitted into foam-molded body fitting through holes so as to complete the receipt of the bodies. After that, the transferring panel 19 is lowered end moved to the unloading position outside the mold opening space. Finally, at the unloading position, the foam-molded bodies fitted into the foam-molded body fitting through holes are pushed by a pushing-out and aligning device 21 out of the through holes and then aligned so as to be carried to the following process. |
