PURPOSE:To obtain the high-performance lens sheet free from bubbles by applying a UV curing type resin liquid on a lens mold, covering the surface thereof with a transparent resin film and developing the resin while squeezing the film from a liquid pool side, thereby curing the resin. CONSTITUTION:The UV curing type resin liquid 2 is gathered to form the liquid pool on one side on the short side of the lens mold 1 and is applied on the mold. The transparent resin film 3 with its primer layer positioned on the inner side is then put on the resin and is developed while the liquid is squeezed above the film 3 from the liquid side by a roll 4. The liquid is then irradiated with UV rays from the film 3 side and is thereby cured. The molding is released from the mold. The high-performance lens sheet free from the bubbles is obtd. in this way. |
