PURPOSE:To prevent thermal deformative destruction due to heat at assembling of a connector by forming a flexible bend at a rod-shaped terminal to be fitted between tow components, which are formed from materials having different coefficients of thermal expansion. CONSTITUTION:A rod-shaped terminal 9 is pressure fitted to a ceramic shield box 2 at its terminal fixation part 6, and fusion attached to a fit hole 3 with solid solder in a penetration part of another shield box 4 made of metal. A flexible bend 8 is provided at a part between this fit hole 3 and the mentioned terminal fixation part 6 of rod-shaped terminal 9. Even through the heat of solder welding has generated relative displacement between these two members due to different coefficients of thermal expansion of the respective materials to constitute the ceramic box 2 and shield box 4, a deformation of this flexible bend 8 should prevent breakage due to thermal deformation of components. It will also be favorable that the bend is formed with a smaller width than the contour of the pressure fit part. |
