PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for correcting all routines and to minimize a correcting position by providing a system with an information setting means, an information referring means and a control table forming means and changing only the information desired to be changed without exerting influence upon other information in a control table. CONSTITUTION:The information setting means 11 sets up information in an unchanged control table 14 by means of a symbol to transfer information from a self-routine to another routine and the information referring means 12 refers to the table 14 by means of the symbol to receive the information from another routine to the self-routine. At the time of changing the information set up by the means 11 and the information referred by the means 12, the control table forming means 13 erases the symbol allocated to the unchanged information and leaves the information area as it is. then the means 13 forms a new control table 15 and allocates the symbol allocated to the unchanged information to the table 15 as it is to set up a changed information area. Since the information desired to be changed can be changed without exerting influence upon other information in the control table, the correcting position can be minimized without correcting all the routines.
