PURPOSE:To obtain a core device excellent in machining and the machining time and even at cost by installing a core and a molding, which are detachably mounted at each corner section of the core and to outer circumferences of which stripe grooves for positioning the layer grains of a coil wire wound on the core are formed. CONSTITUTION:A core 14 and a molding 11, which are set up detachably at each corner section of the core 14 and to the outer circumferences of which stripe grooves for positioning the layer grains of a coil wore wound on the core 14 are shaped, are provided. The stripe grooves for positioning the layer grains of the coil wire are formed to the outer circumferences of adjacent two sides in the molding 11, and recessed sections 12 for fitting are shaped to corner sections corresponding to adjacent two sides, to which the stripe grooves are formed. The molding 11 is prepared at every coil wire having different wire diameters, and length size 13 is made longer than the winding size 15 of the core 14. On the other hand, protruding sections 16, to which the recessed sections 12 of the molding 11 are inserted, are shaped at each corner section of the core 14, and the recessed sections 16 of the molding 11 are conformed and fitted to the protruding sections 16 of the core 14 and the length 13 of the molding 11 is cut in conformity with the winding size 15 of the core 14 when the core 14 is used. |
