PURPOSE:To eliminate interfacial trouble with the latest display device by converting the opposite-station azimuth signal of a conventional navigation device into an absolute station azimuth signal by using a magnetizing signal generator. CONSTITUTION:A 0 deg. signal is inputted from the magnetizing signal generator 2 to a VOR navigation device 1 as a 1st navigation device and the absolute station azimuth signal is supplied to a display device 4 as well as a TACAN device 3 as a 2nd navigation device. The display device 4 inputs magnetic nose azimuth signals from 1st and 2nd magnetic gyrocompasses 5 and 6 and a selected course signal from a course selector 7, performs navigation calculation required for VOR navigation, and displays the result. A navigation sensor selector 8 selects a navigation device properly according to the flight area of an aircraft and the trouble state of devices. For example, when the VOR navigation device is not effective, the device is switched to the TACAN device 3 as the 2nd navigation device. Consequently, the interfacial trouble with the latest display device is eliminated at low cost without increasing the error at all. |
