PURPOSE:To reduce traveling resistance in cowling, in a motorcycle where the part ranging from the side of a cross flow type radiator to the side of an engine is covered with cowling, by disposing a cooling water outlet pipe of a radiator in the approximately central part in the vertical direction of a radiator side tank. CONSTITUTION:In a motorcycle where a cross flow type radiator 21 consisting of a core 22 and side tanks 23, 24 disposed on both the sides in its vehicle cross direction is arranged in the upper front of an engine 4 and a cowling 11 is disposed so as to cover both the sides and lower part of the engine 4 from the front side of a vehicle body, the interval between the approximately central part in the vertical direction of the side tanks 23, 24 and the cowling 11 is set wider than that of the lower part of the side tanks 23, 24, and a cooling water outlet pipe 26 is disposed at that position. In this way, the part swollen to the outside in the cross direction of the side tank 24 is made to face the part of the wider interval between the cowling 11 and the side tank 24, and in the cowling 11, the protruding part to avoid the swollen part of the side tank 24 is made unnecessary. |
