PURPOSE:To shorten the time for terminal fitting work, secure the stability, and save labor costs by putting previously a piece of solder in pressure attachment with a part of a terminal in a specified position of the terminal, and fitting it on a printed circuit board followed by heating. CONSTITUTION:A piece of solder 2 is put in pressure attachment previously in a specified position of a terminal 1. This terminal 1 is inserted through a hole provided in a printed circuit board and held on the circuit board in its part where the solder is attached, followed by soldering the process associate with heating. Fitting of the terminal 1 is not necessarily carried out by insertion through a hole, but practicable through direct surface mounting to an applicable live piece. The terminal 1 can also be fitted continuously and automatically by forming long stretching wires 4 in certain lengths continuously through a cut groove 5. |
