<p>PURPOSE:To shorten the time required for article accepting processing and article delivering processing by reading out card data and recording the card data itself or the ciphered contents of the card data on a data recording medium to be stucked on article. CONSTITUTION:A card data reading means 5 reads out the card data of a card 3 carried by a customer. A medium data recording means 6 prints out the read card data as it is or the ciphered contents on the medium 4 such as a label, the medium 4 is stuck to an article such as a baggage or stuck to a tag and the tag is fixed to the article. A card data reading means 7 in a controller 2 for refraying the accepted article reads out the card data of the card 3 carried by the customer. A medium data reading means 8 reads out the medium data recorded in the medium 4 stuck to the article. A data coincidence deciding means 9 decides coincidence between the read card data and the medium data. Consequently, whether the article to which the medium 4 is tuck is the possession of the customer or not is decided.</p> |
