PURPOSE:To improve an electric laminated board of this design in high frequency characteristics by a method wherein fluororesin cloth is impregnated with resin of specific dielectric constant to form prepreg, a required number of prepregs are laminated in layers, a metal foil is provided to the upside and the underside of the laminated prepregs respectively to form a laminated body, which is thermocompressed into an integral structure. CONSTITUTION:A fluororesin cloth 1 is impregnated with resin 2 whose dielectric constant is 3.5 or above, which is dried up into a prepreg 3, and a required number of the dried prepregs 3 are laminated, and a metal foil 4 is provided to the upside and the underside of the laminated prepregs 3 respectively to form a laminated body 5, which is thermocompressed into an integral structure. Woven cloth or the like of fluororesin fiber such as ethylene tetrafluororesin or the like can be used as the fluororesin cloth 1, and ethylene tetrafluororesin is preferable from the viewpoint of strength and the like. Adequate thermosetting resin such as epoxy resin or the like can be used as the resin 2 whose dielectric constant is 3.5 or above. As fluororesin cloth is small in strength, it can be made to contain filler such as inorganic filler of calcium carbonate, pulp, or the like to reinforce. By this setup, an electric laminated board which is 3.0 or below in dielectric constant and excellent in high frequency characteristics can be realized. |
