PURPOSE:To enhance the accuracy of the angular division of many slice surfaces and to hold rigidity by accurately processing slits inserting a collimator plate to a composite material wherein the shield material of each of the slice surfaces and an interval holding material are combined. CONSTITUTION:Composite material is formed by superposing a slice material 1 composed of a high density metal plate becoming the shield material of a slice surface, a low temp. active thermal pressure bonding sheet like adhesive material 2 and a slice interval material 3 reduced in the attenuation of radiation and constituting a slice interval to press all of them at low temp. The fine processing of slits arranging collimator plates in a piercing state is applied to the slice material 1 using a lead alloy and a foamed resin is used in the interval material 3 in order to compensate the defficiency of rigidity and make an interval accurate. A reinforcing plate 6 and a bolt 5 are set to a jig prescribing the outside of the slice plate to insert the slice material 1 and a spacer 8 and this operation is repeated to set a predetermined number of layers. The collimator plate corresponding to a slice height is inserted therein and the reinforcing plate 6 is placed to be fixed by a nut 7.
