<p>PURPOSE:To use a solor cell as a power supply means by supplying the power of the solor cell to charge a battery when the personal computer is not used. CONSTITUTION:At the time of normal use, electric energy from the solar cell 2 is supplied to the battery 24 and a DC/DC converter 25 through a charge control circuit 23 and the converter 25 supplies various levels of voltages to the computer. When power from the cell 2 exceeds a prescribed value, the battery 24 is charged with the power, and in the case of the power less than the prescribed value, the battery 24 is discharged to supply driving power through the converter 25. When the computer is not used, the battery 24 is always charged with power supplied from the cell 2. When power from the cell 2 is lacking, power is supplied through an AC adaptor 21.</p> |
