The exerciser has tube bodies (10a,10b,10c,10d) elastically provided with compression coil springs (11a,11b,11c). A caps (17,17') with inserting pieces (16a,16b) fixed at external tube body (10a) of tube groups (12,12') with handle (15a,15b) attached to the end of internal tube body (10d). The tube group (12,12') pivoted at supporting body (13) having the front and rear plates (13',13") are elastically mounted torsion coil springs (14a,14b). When in use, the tubes are telescopically pulled out with springs compressed against the pull force of the user and may be pivotally swinged frontward along with pulling to add another practice.
