The invention concerns a process for the replication of nucleic acids or parts thereof. The process is based on the use of at least two adapter molecules per sequence to be replicated, the adapter molecules being complementary to different regions of the nucleic acid to be replicated. The invention particularly concerns the use of the phage o29 replication system in the nucleic-acid amplification. |
