<p>PURPOSE:To easily enlarge a screen and to easily specify an enlarged area by performing an enclosure operation by an input pen in an area where enlarged display is desired. CONSTITUTION:A digitizer 1 is placed on the upper surface of a liquid crystal display unit 2 to constitute a handwriting plotting input part. By operating the electromagnetic input pen 3, the information on the operating position of the pen 3 is fetched in a control part 4 through an X axis input port 5 and a Y axis input port 6. The control part 4 stores the continuous locus of the X axis and Y axis information, which is fetched, as image data, which is given to a display unit 2 through an X axis display driving part 7 and a Y axis display driving part 8 to be displayed on the screen. When an operator performs the enclosure operation in the area which should be enlarged to be displayed by the input pen 3, the maximum value and the minimum value of the X axis and those of the Y axis in the corresponding locus are extracted respectively, and the range is enlarged to the image within the range of the coordinates specified by the maximum values and the minimum values. Thus, the range which should be enlarged is easily specified while viewing the screen.</p> |
