PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of an accident of a fire, etc., so as operate surely a excessive temperature rise preventing device by constituting a device with a structure for shielding an opening part provided on the bottom part of a tank by a heater part fitting plate in which a heater part is fixed to the upper face and the excessive temperature rise preventing device is fixed to the lower face. CONSTITUTION:A bottom part of a heater part 3 consists of a threaded screw part 35, an 0 ring 37 is bitten from upward into a hole opened in a heater fitting plate 31 and the screw part 35 is allowed to pass through, a holding plate 34 to which a excessive temperature rise preventive 11 is attached is installed in the projecting screw part 35, and thereafter, hold therebetween and attached with a nut 36, and the heater part 3 and the excessive temperature rise preventing device 11 are fixed to the upper and the lower parts of the heater part fitting plate 31, respectively. Subsequently, the heater part 3 is allowed to pass through the inside of a tank 2, and the heater part fitting plate 31 is attached to the bottom part of the tank 2 through packing 33 by using a fitting screw 32. The water leakage from the heater part 3 and the heater part fitting plate 31 is prevented by the 0 ring 37, and the water leakage from the heater part fitting plate 31 and the bottom part of the tank 2 is prevented by the packing 33. |
