<p>PURPOSE:To stabilize the treatment of waste water in a fluidized bed type treatment apparatus by controlling the fluidized state or air bubble amount in a cylindrical tank body by the adjustment of the air diffusion amounts from both of primary and secondary air supplying diffusion apparatuses. CONSTITUTION:An air diffusion apparatus 8 for supplying secondary air is also arranged to the lower part of the second water channel 4 and the waste water falling in the second water channel 4 is aerated by a controlled amount of air. The flow velocity, granular carrier fluidizing state and air bubble amount in the tank 1 are determined by the balance of the primary air amount of an air diffusion apparatus 6 for supplying primary air and the secondary air amount of the air diffusion apparatus 8 for supplying secondary air. Therefore, the second water channel 4 is merely used as a sedimentation tank conventionally but, in this method, the rising stream in the first water channel 3 can be controlled to gentle flow by the secondary air amount and a fluidized bed can be also formed in the second water channel 4.</p> |
