<p>PURPOSE:To enhance dust collecting efficiency by successively arranging the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer at a definite interval in a superposed state and coating one conductive layer with the first insulating layer and interposing the second insulating layer and an electrostatic filter between the first and second conductive layers. CONSTITUTION:The first conductive layer 2 and the second conductive layer 4 are successively arranged at a definite interval in a superposed state and at least one conductive layer 2 is coated with the first insulating layer 1. Further, the second insulating layer 3 and an electrostatic filter 5 are provided to the space between the first and second conductive layers 2, 4. That is, the insulation between the conductive layers can be secured and dielectric breakdown with the elapse of time is eliminated and a safety circuit to discharge can be dispensed with and the width of the conductive layers can be increased and dust collecting efficiency can be improved.</p> |
