PURPOSE:To close a photosensitive drum cover so as to protect a photosensitive drum from being photosensitized by impact and light from the outside by providing the movable photosensitive drum cover and a rail for moving which guides to move the photosensitive drum cover. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive drum cover 1 is provided, which is attached to a printer so as to protect the photosensitive drum 5 from the impact and the light from the outside toner than at the time of closing the cover of a printer. The photosensitive drum cover 1 is constituted so as to be opened and closed by the rail 2 for moving the cover. Fixing members 4 are set on both ends of the photosensitive drum cover 1 and fixed by a raised latch 3 at the time of opening and closing the photosensitive drum cover 1. Thus, the photosensitive drum 5 is protected by closing the photosensitive drum cover 1 if necessary. |
