PURPOSE: To keep a cosmetic composition in good condition until usage by containing a base support, a coating of the cosmetic composition arranged on the base support, a cover for the coating, and multiple projections extending through the coating. CONSTITUTION: A thin layer of a coating for a transferable cosmetics such as a lip stick 1 or other cosmetics is kept in good condition during treating and storing procedures before transference by providing a series of projections 3 through a cosmetic coating in a traverse direction against opposed flat surfaces 5, 6 of cover sheets 7, 9. The projections 3 act as support columns between an upper cover 9 and a base support or a lower cover 7 to protect a cosmetic coating 1 from damage. Therefore, it is necessary and indispensable to make a length 'L' of the projections larger than a thickness 'I' of the cosmetic coating in order to make a specified distance 'S' between a surface of the cosmetic coating 1 and the upper cover 9.
