PURPOSE: To restrict lateral vibration and noises by providing a plurality of mounting holes in a mounting flange of a compressor mechanism at an interval on a circumference, connecting plural anchor members corresponding to them to a housing side wall, and embedding respective elastic members in the mounting holes. CONSTITUTION: A mounting block 262 of steel is welded with an inner wall of a housing upper part 14, and a mounting flange of a crank case 46 of a compressor mechanism is suspended from the block 262 by an assembly comprising a threaded stud 266, a spacer 268, and a ring of a rubber bushing 276. The stud 266 is received by a screw hole 264, the spacer 268 is covered with washers 270 and 272 at side surfaces, and these are held by a holding nut 274. The bushing 276 surrounds the spacer 268, and it is engaged in a hole 278 of the mounting flange. During actuation, lateral displacement of the compressor mechanism is transmitted through the bushing 276 from the mounting flange to a housing to be elastially restricted.
