OIL-WATER EMULSION PRODUCING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: To efficiently form an emulsion by making an outlet channel connectable to a recirculation pipe introduced into an emulsion intake channel and making a return pipe coming from an injection pump connectable to an inlet channel of a radial impeller. CONSTITUTION: This apparatus is provided with an inlet side end of a vortex chamber 1 enclosed by a ring channel 7 of the chamber 1, the channel 7 having an inlet slot 9 and oil intake channel 8 disposed in a connecting direction to the chamber 1, a water injection nozzle 10 which is electromagnetically controlled and opened into the inlet side end of the channel 7 or the chamber 1, an outlet 2 of the chamber 1 opened to an inhalation chamber 4 of the radial impeller 5 in a pump chamber 12 through an expanding part 3 and the pump chamber 12 having an outlet channel 13 in the peripheral region of the impeller 5. The channel 13 is made connectable to the recirculation pipe introduced to the pipe introduced to the injection pump and the emulsion intake channel 15 disposed in the tangent direction of the channel 7. In addition, the return pipe coming from the injection pump is made connectable to the inlet channel 16 in the inhalation chamber 4.
