<p>PURPOSE:To prevent troubles such that solidified resins adhere to the interior of a heat exchanger by bringing waste gas introduced into a waste gas chamber of a lower water tank into contact with liquid by means of a waste gas diffusion device so that resins in the waste gas are solidified and discharged to the outside. CONSTITUTION:A waste gas chamber 12 into which waste gas is introduced, a waste gas diffusion device 14 which introduces waste gas into liquid to bring it into contact with the liquid, and a particle carry-out device 15 to carry out solidified resins of waste gas together with the liquid flow are provided in a lower water tank 2. Packings 6, in which the waste gas delivered from the tank 2 is cooled again to remove water soluble gas in the waste gas, and packings 8 provided under tanks 7, in which liquids sent from the tank 2 to the tanks 7 are cooled, are disposed in an upper tank 1. Further, an air inlet opening 11 and a damper 10 which can sealingly be closed are provided between the tanks 1 and 2. As a result, troubles such that solidified resins adhered to the interior of a heat exchanger can be avoided.</p> |
