PURPOSE:To attain the communication system for each person unit by mounting a portable storage device storing individual information onto a telephone set. CONSTITUTION:Each individual using a telephone set possesses a call signal receiver 14 having the same function as a pocket bell receiver and an ID card 1-3. For example, a receiver and an ID card are integrated and a credit card sized ID receiver integrated with a display device for displaying a caller number is used and a telephone number is not the same as that given to the telephone set but given to an individual, that is, the receiver and the ID card. When a user resides in the location of the telephone set, the ID card 1-3 is loaded to an ID card reader 1-4. Thus, individuals have each number and when the number is dialed, the relevant individual wherever he is resident is called.
