PURPOSE:To obtain laminate having heat resistance, water resistance and strong adhesion by a method wherein primer layer and metal layer are bonded together by the thermosetting resin in the prime and the prime layer and olefin-based resin layer are bonded together by reactive substance. CONSTITUTION:The laminate concerned consists of three layers or olefin-based resin layer, primer layer and metal layer. The primer mainly consists of thermosetting resin, which is made of either one of epoxy resin oligomer, phenolic resin oligomer or oilgomer having isocyanate group, and elastomer, which has functional group reacting with said theremosetting resin and s liquid in normal temperature. Further, at least either one of the olefin-based resin layer and the primer layer contains reactive substance, which reacts with both the olefin- based resin and the component of the primer so as to form chemical bonding between them. Or thin layer made of said reactive substance is provided between the olefin-based resin layer and the primer layer, resulting in bonding both the layers. |
