PURPOSE:To reduce developing cost and schedule of a module and to decrease malfunctions of a jig by providing an electrode group for electrically connecting when the module is mounted on an external device and an electrode group used only at the time of electric test and measurement. CONSTITUTION:An electrode group 3 is electrically connected by engaging it with the electrode group of a socket connector by inserting a main module to a socket connector 19 mounted on a mother board 18 of a master electronic device. An electrode group 4 is used only for electric test and measurement at the time of completing a module, and the groups 3, 4 are connected by one more wiring 8 at a suitable interval. If the module is judged as a satisfactory product through electric test and measurement, a board 1 is so cut between the groups 3 and 4 that the group 3 is brought to the end of the board. Thus, both groups 3 and 4 are provided on the board 1 to test and measure the module without requiring a dedicated measuring jig, thereby reducing the new module developing cost and schedule. |
