PURPOSE:To identify a signal state stably by identifying the signal state according to hysteresis input/output characteristics, and obtaining a identification result before inversion if the identification result varies within a constant time from its inversion point of time. CONSTITUTION:Level identifiers 1 and 2 identify the signal state according to the hysteresis input/output characteristics and the identification result is inverted owing to a large-level impulsive noise, so timers 5 and 6 monitor whether or not the discrimination is inverted within the constant time from the inversion so as to decide whether or not the inversion is caused by the impulsive noise. Then the time is set properly so that the pulse width of the variation of the identification result of a general impulsive noise is within the constant time, and consequently if the impulsive noise is generated, the identification result varies within the constant time, so the identification result before the inversion is obtained continuously by signal level setters 8 and 9 if the variation occurs. |
