<p>Conditioned air or totally fresh air can be directed to a certain region of a room, not the whole room. A path of air flow may be comprised of a ceiling air collector/distributor (96) joining with the floor air collector/distributor (97) or wall air collector/distributor (19a) by a duct (18, 108) having the localized air conditioning region (10) link the said floor air collector/distributor or the said wall air collector/distributor to the said ceiling air collector/distributor to complete the circuit while maintaining the characteristic of air conditioning a specific portion of the room only but not the whole room.</p> |
