PURPOSE:To increase junction fixing strength for applications in various fields by fitting the outer ring of a one-way clutch and a retainer into a cut groove and a ring-shaped lip part for junction, and fixing the outer ring at a housing separately. CONSTITUTION:A housing 1 and the outer ring 5 of a one-way clutch are mutually fixed completely to maintain prescribed fixing strength by press-fit, resin forming molding, thermal fusion and so on. A cut groove 5a formed at the end of the stiff and highly rigid outer ring 5 is fitted to a ring-shaped lip part 2a formed at a retainer 2 made of an elastic material, and at the same time, plural rollers 6 and leaf springs are incorporated into the wedge-shaped recesses of the outer ring 5. It is thus possible to incorporate respective components of the one-way clutch properly, enabling the retainer 2 to hold a clearance 9 without any direct contact with the housing 1, and exhibit the function of the one-way clutch sufficiently. |
