Anchor bolt for concrete structure - is secured by housing which also prevents bolt from rotating

The anchor bolt (8) is attached to a concrete structure and has a flat head (9) with hooks (17, 18) formed on each side. A housing (1) is embedded in the concrete and is secured by two parallel rods (21, 22). The housing has a rectangular cross-section which increases in width towards its inner end. The bolt head is inserted into the housing until it abuts against the rear wall. The bolt is then rotated through 90 deg. and then pulled outwards so that the hooks engage the parallel rods. The bolt is thus retained in the housing and also prevented from rotating. ADVANTAGE - No danger of the bolt retrorotation.
