PURPOSE:To efficiently reduce the amt. of solid matter in whitewash at the time of molding and to improve the quality of a product by centrifugally molding fresh concrete contg. a specified water-soluble high polymer and a water reducing agent. CONSTITUTION:A water soluble high polymer which is a salt of a copolymer of 50-95mol% poly(meth)acrylamide having 500,000-1,000,000 mol.wt. or partial hydrolyzate of poly(meth)acrylamide having 500,000-1,000,000 mol.wt. and 5-50% rate of hydrolysis with 50-5mol% (meth)acrylic acid is added to fresh concrete by 0.005-1wt.% of the amt. of cement in the concrete and a water reducing agent is further added in 10-30 weight ratio to the polymer. The resulting fresh concrete is centrifugally molded. |
