PURPOSE:To enable a constant quality different hardness cushion body to be obtained without getting the working environments worse by performing foam-molding in flowing a different hardness foaming material into the cavity central part and side mold surface of a molding mold. CONSTITUTION:On the periphery 34 of a lower mold 26, a recession-shaped raw material introducing path 38 is formed which is conducted to a predetermined side mold surface and an upper mold 28 has a raw material injection hole 40 conducted to the raw material introducing path 38 of the lower mold and raw material injection hole 42 conducted to a cavity central part. The mold are closed and urethane material 48, 50 are respectively injected from the raw material injection holes 40, 42 thereinto. In this case, the raw material 48 used herein should be of a type which becomes a urethane foam harder than the raw material 50. And the foaming in the mold central part and the foaming in the side part mold surface and adhered to be integrated each other, thereby obtaining a foam-molded article. In consequence, a different hardness cushion body is made which is different in its hardness of the side part and central part, and there never arises the scattering of a material because a foam material may not be sprayed onto the side mold surface, as a result, the contamination of a working environment can be prevented thereby. |
