摘要	The seat with a back rest is for a vehicle fitted with a seat belt system. The back rest is supported against the bodywork by an intermediate element. The intermediate element or restraining belt (12) connects the backrest (2) with a rear section of the vehicle bodywork or roof space (7), with one end of the belt attached to an anchor point (2a) and the other to a lockable roller (14). USE/ADVANTAGE - Arrangement which restrains the seat in the event of an accident but which allows it to be folded forward for normal use.
