PURPOSE:To enable an excellently reliable magnetic recording medium to be obtained by optimizing establishment of conditions by a method wherein a frequency, a lamp current, and a printing speed and established at specific values. CONSTITUTION:In a laser printing method of a magnetic recording medium which is performed by establishing a frequency, a lamp current, and a printing speed at specific values, the frequency is established within a range of 16 to 20kHz, the lamp current is established within a range of 10 to 14A, and the printing speed is established within a range of 100 to 200mm/s. Therefore, initial surface roughness of the magnetic recording medium is smoothed, and optical reflectance is increased. Then, identification of a marking part is possible by a principle different from traditional printing and besides, problems such as N1-P corrosion, deformation of a medium substrate, etc., are canceled. Thereby, an excellently reliable magnetic recording medium can be obtained. |
