The hydraulic actuator for transfer machines comprises cylinders (12) facing each other, a piston rod (13) shared by pistons (14) within the cylinders, a passageway (17) having a check valve (16) at the entrance of the cylinders, a fluid port (15) positioned at a cylinder head, a main passageway (19) having a valve rod (18), a buffering passageway (20) having a rod valve (20'), a guide rod (21) in touch with on adjustment bolt (22) in the cylinder head, a driving pinion (25) geared with a toothed portion of the piston rod (13), an output shaft (24) fixed at the center of the driving pinion (25), and a slide bearing (29) in connection with a sliding portion (28) of the piston rod.
